Looks good, but I see a few obvious things that should be fixed.
- The table that has the flag, the map and the emblem should have a transparent background.
- When selecting an image for "Selected image", you should display the image only (don't use thumbnails or frames) and add the caption under the image in plain text. ~ Sebi [talk] 09:59, 29 September 2007 (UTC)
- The top of the portal page is always reserved for "Arts · Biography · Geography · History · Mathematics · Philosophy · Science · Society · Technology" portal links, not categories. Do not use "thumb" for displaying images in selected article box as users have their own thumb settings - messing up the outlook. Why does "Syria topics" have quotes? Rename "Syria topics" -->"Topics" and "Selected City" to "Selected city". What do You think? feydey 20:34, 3 October 2007 (UTC)
