[edit] Advice re undoing page-blanking

A word of advice: when a page has been blanked, that is usually vandalism, and then it is a good thing to undo the blanking; but you need to check the history, because sometimes, as with Damian J. Maguire, the page has been blanked by its own author. In that case, the thing to do is to add a {{db-author}} tag at the top, which asks for a speedy-delete G7 "author requests deletion or has blanked the page".
