I'm sorry, but I've closed your Request for adminship prematurely. Simply put, you've only got 149 edits on Wikipedia; while edit count isn't the only determining factor, and numerous people have their own personal standards that they judge RfA candidates by, there was no chance that the RfA was going to pass.
I'm sorry about this, and hope you don't take it personally. If you continue to contribute to the project in a positive fashion, I'm confident that you could possibly run a successful RfA in the future. You may want to consider submitting yourself to Wikipedia:Editor review for feedback on where to get some good experience, and when you're ready for RfA again, there's a great Wikipedia:Admin coaching program for you to use, as well as a guide to requests for adminship.

[edit] Speedy deletion of MediaWikis
A tag has been placed on MediaWikis requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi, I am Uchiha. I just started around, and I noticed the deal of these lists. On my part, I believe these listing of the important characters is short. Not enough single pages for the important characters, espically the human characters, some villians should have one page. I think the characters (including Saiyans, Nameks, Humans, Aliens, Deites, etc) should be listed among the seasons, that way the characters have can have a better look. Like the Ginyu Force, Zarbon, Dodoria, and Cui together and all other villians I didn't mention in the Namek Saga and Ginyu Saga togehter on 1 page. Get it?
