Any particular reason for the use of Great War in the title over World War I? It does, after all, redirect. Polymathematics 03:43, 29 March 2007 (UTC)

Portugal did participate in WWI, but was neutral in WWII. The WWI was often mentioned in Portugal as "A Grande Guerra" or "The Great War" —Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.214.120.224 (talk) 01:37, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
