[edit] Earl of Orford
Eventually should be linked to George Walpole, 3rd Earl of Orford. Katr67 18:58, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Port Orford Heads State Park
Ipoellet changed the link from "Head" to "Heads": that seemed like subtle vandalism at first (not sure why), but it is indeed correct: http://www.oregonstateparks.org/park_61.php —EncMstr 20:43, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- Chuckle. I suppose I should have put something on the talk page about that. Sorry for the confusion. I do intend shortly to set up a stub for that state park. Ipoellet 21:57, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

- You two need to talk about fixing up the List of Oregon State Parks page. Hint hint. :) Katr67 22:05, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

- Hint taken. I'm working up some suggstions about how to handle that, but my ideas are still only half-formed. Ipoellet 05:36, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
- And I went ahead and did that article for Port Orford Heads State Park. I took most of the text from the Port Orford article - simply cut-n-pasted it over with relatively minor edits. All it needs is some references and it looks like a fairly complete article. Ipoellet 05:36, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

- I'm pretty sure Katr67 was hinting in my direction—not yours. It took some time, but I did make such an article at User:EncMstr/List of Oregon State Parks. You can find references for all the state parks there. Comments welcome. —EncMstr 06:33, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

- I think Katr67 has been prodding both of us ever since I started showing an interest in OSP. In any event, I've had a look at your draft list, and it's very interesting. I'll have a couple more detailed comments later. Thanks for your effots on that. Ipoellet 06:44, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
