I had to delete the reference to the port being the second busiest as Long Beach. I read in

that the port was # 3, the article did not give one and two.

Publications of American Association of Port Authorities usually list Port of Los Angeles or adjacent Port of Long Beach (they both share San Pedro Bay) as either #1 or #2, depending upon criteria used(e.g., total value of imports, total tonnage, total number of containers), with Port of New York and New Jersey (which includes Port Newark-Elizabeth) almost always taking #3 rank, ever since 1990.209.244.188.157 04:03, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
