Where'd the 563,662 figure for El Paso come from? According to the El Paso entry (at least, as of last July), as well as Google (then and now), El Paso's 2000 population was 679,622. --Mike Schiraldi 4 July 2005 00:33 (UTC)
- I realize this post is two years old, but it was never answered. You are confusing the population of the city of El Paso with the population of the metropolitan area of El Paso. Two different numbers. --Holderca1 talk 18:06, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

Why are all the city names linked as external links that point back to Wikipedia? Why not just link internally to the article? Phasmatisnox 18:40, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
