Populaire Group Pte. Ltd. is a Developer and Contractor based in the Republic of Singapore that services residential and commercial markets throughout the developing regions of South East Asia.

Populaire operates two divisions; Populaire Residences services primarily a recreational market while their service offerings under Populaire Grand International are limited to larger, exclusive properties for referred clientèle. Fundamental to Populaire’s product offerings are the provisioning of transactional products, facilitated through an escrow model (often referred to as a 'deposit in trust' in Trust Law throughout Europe and Asia Pacific) that provide security for clients. Product warranties and guaranteed annuity plans are also amongst their service offerings.

Populaire’s Head Office and the Executive Management team are based in Singapore, while operations staff are located in East Java and Bali in the Republic of Indonesia, where current expansion and focus is taking place throughout 2008. Populaire have announced the planned commencement of operations in Thailand and Malaysia through affiliate construction groups in 2009 as well as the commencement of operations in Mexico in 2009 through its wholly owned Canadian subsidiary.

Wholly owned subsidiaries of Populaire have been operating in South East Asia since 1972. Notable clients include members of the Sampoerna family.
