[edit] Call for Cash

PopQ is an interactive game show in which the viewers at home are the contestants. In order to participate, the at home viewer must either call their 1-900 number, which costs $1.99 per call, they can text into the show, which costs $2 per text, or the viewer can enter for free online on the PopQ website. Every tenth person that enters qualifies and has their phone number entered into a pool of numbers, and through out the program, the shows producers will randomly call back one of the numbers that has been entered into the pool of numbers. The person who is lucky enough to get a call back goes on the air, and provides an answer in hopes of winning a cash prize.

[edit] Board Game

This quiz usually has 10 covered words on the Board corresponding to the celebrity topic of the day. Each word on the board is worth between $100 and $1000. Throughout the program, the hosts will give clues to the answers which are on the Board, and they encourage the at home viewers to call in and participate to win cash.

[edit] Former Games

These games used to appear to PopQ before they permanantly began playing the Board Game.

[edit] Question of the Day

This quiz asks the viewers about a current event. It may include a picture, moving image, a word, name or anything else that is connected to the event. It is a multiple choice game with 3 possible answers on the screen. Viewers are to call in and guess the correct answer on the air to win the cash prize.

[edit] Scramble

This game asks the viewers about a subject, such as a name, a place, movie, song, tv show, etc. The correct answer with the letters scrambled appears on the screen. Viewers have to unscramble the letters to find the correct word, and win a cash prize.

[edit] Picture Game

This quiz asks viewers to identify a picture of a celebrity, which is hidden behind a screen covered with boxes. From time to time, the boxes will open, revealing parts of the picture to help the viewer guess the correct answer.

[edit] Firing of Stacey Englehart

On April 2, 2008 during a live show that had a topic of "Movies that Start with the Letter B", a viewer called in with the answer The Bucket List, which was not on the board. As the show was going a commercial break, due to an audio problem, Stacey could be heard saying, "Bitch starts with a B also", followed by a "yeah, Bucket starts with B, good observation". Co-host Jason Agnew then told Stacey to not fight with the callers, and they went on to finish the show with no further problems. After the show, Englehart learned her fate, and was fired from the program.
