Pony Rabco was an American Indie Rock band from San Francisco, California from 2001 to 2004. The members included, Jeff Desira (bass / backing vocals), W.S. Murray (drums), Dale Ryon Wilhelm ( lead guitar ) and Michael Sorensen ( vocals / rhythm guitar ).

The band was formed mid 2003 by long time friends Jeff Desira and Dale Wilhelm. Pony Rabco being the culmination of many projects the two have worked on together over ten years. Shortly after W.S. Murray joined them on drums after moving from Florida to San Francisco. After putting together a few songs it was time to get a vocalist. Mike Sorensen had also played with Desira and Wilhelm for many years and soon joined the group to fill out the band.
