Ponson-Dessus is a French commune of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques département of Aquitaine region.
It is bordered by Ponson-Debat-Pout to the north, Oroix (in Hautes-Pyrénées) to the east, Séron (also in Hautes-Pyrénées) and Aast to the west, and Ger to the south. Its inhabitants are called ponsonais(e). As of the 1999 census, it had a population of 234.
