A very, very poor article about the city. Clearly, the mention to current Mayor, and his political party, reveals that this article was only written to serve an opportunistic purpose.

Yes, currently the article is very poor, but so is the Portuguese version. As for the mayor and his party, they're mentioned because it's relevant information about the local government of the municipality. AFAIK, they're mention in all other articles about Portuguese municipalities, regardless of the party. Cattus 18:21, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

Why does the article consist of a few short lines and a list of the parishes, which are not relevant to anyone other than an inhabitant of Pombal, who anyway probably already knows their names. Vogensen 21:29, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
