[edit] Topic areas
I'm interested in researching dragon mythology. You can Google for Polenth if you're interested in knowing more about that outside of Wikipedia. As a side note to that, if you find a link to my site somewhere in Wikipedia, it wasn't me that added it. You can always take it up with whoever did if there's a problem.
I hold a degree in Ecology and Conservation, so also wander around biology articles on occassion. Plants and fungi are a particular interest of mine. I have a second degree in Internet computing, but Wikipedia has more computer experts that you can wave a stick at, so I'm in no hurry to try and edit those articles.
I have many other hobbies, but most of them are not in desperate need of editing here. The main exception is popular music, which suffers alot from people copy/pasting things form websites and adding in false rumours.
[edit] Activities
I mostly wander around adding citations for non-referenced comments and removing silly stuff. I can help out with verifying topics I know about. I also repair links to disambiguation pages, because somebody has to.
This is a list of my edits: My Edits
[edit] Articles I visit regularly
...and possibly edit, if they need it.
- Alchemist - A ongoing project to repair the disambiguation links, as this article constantly gathers them. If you find this user page because you're repairing them too... yay!
- Dragon - Dragons must hoard vandals, judging by some of the edits this page gets.
- Sea Serpent - It's not like it updates often or gets vandalised much, but sea serpents are fun.
- Wyvern - This article attracts strange stuff faster than I could deal with it. I just remove the really way-out stuff.
