Too old, needs update

Indeed, the information in the section "legislative branch" is dated. ("In the last election, held in September 1996..."(!) The last election was held in 2005!!) Josuechan (talk) 16:35, 21 December 2007 (UTC)

The phrase "an own legislature" is in the first sentence - it doesn't look too good.
