I added the Attention template to this page because it contains little factual information, is somewhat POV (certainly seems to over-emphasize the importance of race), cites no sources, and is in general not a good example of a WP article. Although there's little useful information here now, I don't feel it necessarily needs to be deleted; the topic is worth an article, just... not this one. I'll put in some work to bring it up to standards, but I'm not an expert and could definitely use some serious help.
