This person never voiced Popeye. Only four peopel have voiced Popeye ever in animation, discounting the 2004 CGI special:
- William Costello from 1933 to 1935
- Jack Mercer, from 1935 to 1983
- Mae Questel, who often in sat in for Mercer between 1944 and 1946 because Mercer was in active U.S. Navy service
- Maurice LaMarche, in the 1987 series Popeye and Son.
I have therefore removed all associated references from the article.
