Polk Township is one of sixteen townships in Bremer County, Iowa, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 991.

Polk Township covers an area of 36.75 square miles and contains one incorporated settlement, Plainfield. According to the USGS, it contains three cemeteries: Horton, Jackson and Willow Lawn.
