Polk Township is one of twenty-three townships in Benton County, Iowa, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 1803.

Polk Township covers an area of 45.56 square miles and contains one incorporated settlement, Urbana. According to the USGS, it contains five cemeteries: Cox, Kisling, Saint Marys, Spencers Grove and Urbana.
