This image, Pollywho.jpg, is a screen shot from an episode of Doctor Who, and copyrighted by the BBC, I futurehawk|talk 22:00, 27 September 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

  1. The image is a low-resolution (439 × 541) cropped screen shot from a 25-minute episode of Doctor Who, and of inferior quality to standard broadcast or DVD releases;
  2. The image is being used for informational purposes, visually showing the character Polly as portrayed by Anneke Wills, a companion of The Doctor, therefore an important character discussed in the article;
  3. No more free alternative is known to exist;
  4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the BBC’s commercial use of the image in question.
