Pokegama
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Pokegama, coming from the Anishinaabe word bakegamaa meaning "a body of water off the side of another", may refer to several bodies of water or locals near those bodies of water. Pokegama may vary as Pokegamon (from bakegamaang), reflecting the locative form of the word bakegamaa.
