Whoever flagged this as a deletion as a "Non-notable publication" is talking through their hat. I just found the information useful, and the article is more than helpful for comic fans, and fans of the work of Drew Hayes. Please leave it where it is.

Addition: PE was one of the most significant small press books in the 90'. It should be documented and the articals should be kept. More material should be added.
