[edit] History needed

Friends: This could use a lot more history. I've provided the links and the sources. We need somebody to compile the story. Best to you all 7&6=thirteen (talk) 20:19, 27 February 2008 (UTC)Stan

[edit] National Register of Historic Places/Registered Historic Places in Michigan

Would somebody make sure that the "stub" remark put at the end of the article is the correct one? Thanks. 7&6=thirteen (talk) 18:10, 3 April 2008 (UTC)Stan

[edit] Range

The one marker says 27.5 miles. Volume 7 of the Coast Guard Lightlist says 18 miles. It may have been 27.5 miles with the Fresnel with bullseye, but the acrylic optic does not seem to be as robust. In fact, we kind of discuss that in the article. Do we report the historical number or the current number? The infobox as presently configured does nto have a place for two sets of numbers. 7&6=thirteen (talk) 21:45, 2 June 2008 (UTC) Stan
