Most haunted village?

According to Maynard,C;1977;"World of Unknown";Usborne Publishing

Pluckley is claimed as being one of the most haunted villages in England.

Can someone confirm this from other sources?

Pluckley was in the Guinness Book of World Records a few years back as the most haunted village in the world. But I have no idea if it is still recognised as such. --Ukdan999 11:04, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
