Plectrohyla glandulosa is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Guatemala and possibly Mexico. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
