[edit] Recommend moving this to platinum(II) bromide
Two reasons, we have platinum(II) chloride and to avoid future confusion with PtBr4. I have never heard of anyone using PtBr2, so I will be interesting to see this article develop.--Smokefoot 17:53, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
