[edit] Name change: Caracal to Sand Cat

Does anybody know why the name changed? Early references to the vehicle all call it Caracal (occasionally translated badly as Desert Fox) but later ones refer to it as the Sand Cat. Dino246 17:17, 24 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sand Cat Plus

Added information about the Sand Cat Plus from an article in this morning's Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper. The article hasn't shown up on their website (either in Hebrew or English) yet but if it does then I'll link to it. From the picture in the paper it looks quite different to the military version but it could be a while before any photos show up in the public domain. Dino246 11:07, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
