Playerhistory.com is a huge soccer database that contains more than 183,000 player profiles (as of 08 June 2008) with very detailed information on players from all over the world. It also contains more than 842,000 matches and have more than 30500 clubnames.

In October 2005, the site became the largest site of its kind on the Internet.

Playerhistory was founded in April 2002 by Håkon Winther who was born on 15 September 1969 in Tromsø, Norway.
