Platinum Point

Platinum Point is a development by Gregor Shore Limited in the Western Harbour area of Newhaven near Edinburgh, Scotland. It is part of a large scale redevelopment of the Leith docklands by Forth Ports, named Edinburgh Forthside.

The eventual development is for 452 flats with 50 different designs available, although only half (Phase 1) have been built. It is located near the state of the art shopping centre Ocean Terminal.

In September 2006 owners of apartments in Phase 1 formed an association, the Platinum Point Owners' Association to safeguard their interests. Useful information about living at Platinum Point can be found at their website (link below). Check before you buy!
