Plastic Passion are an English band based in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire who play a mixture of post-punk and power-pop, described as "aggressive, spooky...art-punk" by the NME[1]. and "good, trashy indie pop...very danceable and recommended" by alternative rock band The Ataris[2]. The band's name derives from a song on the album Boys Don't Cry by The Cure.
In May 2006 the band released a limited edition split single with Awful Sparks on Leaving Home Records. They have played with Neils Children, Foals, Jack Penate, and Blood Red Shoes among others.
