The Planalto Tyrannulet (Phyllomyias fasciatus) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
