The Plain-breasted Earthcreeper (Upucerthia jelskii) is a species of bird in the Furnariidae family. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland and subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland.
