Purpose of use

This image illustrates the text next to which it appears, which describes the band in question for which it promotes.

Replaceable?

Image is of a band that is NO LONGER ACTIVE, and the group's lead singer, Wendy O. Williams (seen in the center), is sadly deceased. This means that a license-free image is not likely to be found. It should be added that the free use policy does explicitly allow for this usage for both broken up bands and desceased individuals.

Other information
  • This image does not take away from the copyright holder's ability to profit from it.
  • A free-licensed image of the band in question could not be found or created, and it is believed that such images would be difficult to find or create. If a free-licensed image can be found or created, then this photo should be replaced.
  • It is thought that the person depicted or copyright holder is not against the use of the picture. If it is known that they are against its use, then it should be removed immediately.
