Why do you write “In 1930, after Western Slovenia was occupied by Italy”? I don’t like “occupied” because it’s not neutral. Historically Kingdom of Italy won WWI, so with the Treaty of Rapallo (1920) it kept lawfully new territories. Kingdom of Italy occupied unlawfully Slovenia in 1941 not in 1920.
