Pitcairnia pavonii is a species of plant in the Bromeliaceae family. It is endemic to Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, and subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland. It is threatened by habitat loss.
