Screen capture of an image taken from the MGM Midnite Movies DVD of Roger Corman's "The Pit and the Pendulum". Since MGM holds the DVD rights to this particular film, the copyright for the image is held by them.

The image visually identifies Vincent Price in the lead role.
The text specifically discusses the film's climactic sequence, and this image provides visual representation of that sequence.
It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality).
It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to market or sell the work in any way.
