Pirro Cece was born in 1987 in Tirana and is an Albanian footballer who currently plays as midfielder/striker for F.C. Partizani New York in the Cosmopolitan Soccer League.

He is well known^{[citation needed]} in the Cosmopolitan Soccer League for his extraordinary skills on the ball that often resemble Ronaldinho.
