Pioneer Academy is a private school in Ghanzi, Botswana.
The first private school to have started in Ghanzi. It was opened in 1993. Its first housing was in the Dutch reformed church. After a few years a new building was erected and opened by his honour, President Festus Mogae. The school has been situated there for the last few years.
It is a school that someone could call a rainbow school, because it has a lot of groups in it. This just shows that Ghanzi is a place where any type of person is welcome.
