Pinwheel is a band from Bellingham, WA created by Death Cab For Cutie/The Postal Service frontman Ben Gibbard. Justin Kennedy of the L.A. band Army Navy provided vocals and guitar. The only known recordings of Pinwheel are a 6 song demo tape, a live performance on the Seattle radio station KCMU (now KEXP), and a live bootleg of a song "Radio Static Scars". After Pinwheel, Ben went on to work on Death Cab For Cutie with Chris Walla.
