1. The copyright for the cover of the volume is University of Tampa Press (2004). It is featured on the press website in promoting (advertising) The Pinter Review, and it is used within fair use provision of U.S. copyright law as an illustration of The Pinter Review in a section on The Pinter Review in the Wikipedia article Harold Pinter and academia.
2. As this publication is a publication of The Harold Pinter Society, the illustration appears in the section of Harold Pinter and academia#The Harold Pinter Society.
3. The two poems featured on the cover (which are not really legible in this photograph) are by Harold Pinter and published with the permission of Harold Pinter on that cover according to the copyright information in the title page credits in the volume.
