Pilosocereus (from Latin, "hairy cereus") is a genus of cactus. Pilosocereus pachycladus(=Pilosocerus azureus) is a beautiful cactus with a light blue color, with hairy areoles that emit golden spines.

This specific cactus needs only little amouts of water. In the summer time it needs to be watered only once a week, and in the winter only once a month. If you are keeping the plant inside remember to give it lots of sunlight and less water.
