Pill Hill is a National Register of Historic Places district in southwest Rochester, Minnesota. The neighborhood houses many doctors for the Mayo Clinic. The coresponding public elementary school, middle school and high school are Folwell Elementary School, Willow Creek Middle School, and Mayo High School, though only Folwell lies on Pill Hill. The boundaries of Pill Hill are roughly 3rd and 9th streets and 7th and 10th avenues SW. More generally the neighborhood is found between U.S. 52 and Broadway Avenue and 2nd Street and Memorial Parkway. Saint Marys Hospital lies on the bottom of northside of Pill Hill.[2]

In 1990, the neighborhood was added to the National Register of Historic Places. There are many NRHP buildings on Pill Hill, most notably: the Plummer House and the Foundation House.
