Piippola

Piippola is a municipality of Finland.
Piippola is located in the province of Oulu and is part of the Northern Ostrobothnia region. The municipality has a population of 1,377 (2003) and covers an area of 465.02 km² of which 9.87 km² is water. The population density is 3.0 inhabitants per km².
The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
