This page in a nutshell: Change review is a vital part of Wikipedia. Many features exist to help editors find and assess interesting edits, but assessments go lost, unrecorded. A lightweight mechanism to record, aggregate, and display simple edit assessments could greatly aid collaborative reviewing, and impart a valuable dimension to page histories.
