I think the error is in using the term "our" regardless of its propriety. The risk is would such an article hold up in years hence. However, the validity of the statement stands. If anyone attempted to portray the apotheosis of a family in a cherubim infested sky, the laughter would be evident. Imagine a vast ceiling fresco elevating the Bush (or Kennedy) Family to glory?
