At present this article is about the (fascinating) Ohio lead plate expedition, with little about Céloron himself. It would probably be best to split the two topics, assuming anything biographical about Céloron can be found.Hughespj 00:47, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

  • The Dictionary of Canadian Biography article that I recently listed as a source appears to be the most comprehensive bio. The man was definitely famous for his military exploits and, for editors of Canadian history, those links with New France. If you want to move the detail of the military expedition to a separate topic, I will watch and undertake a summary as part of his bio under DoCB. I'll watch for activity.
