Pietro Baldassare was a baroque composer, possibly born in Rome or Brescia, Italy before the year 1690. Not much is known about him, except that was known as the master of singing in Brescia. He died some time after the year 1768. Few of the compositions attributed to Baldassare survive. Some of these are:
- Componimento per musica, Il giudzio di Paride
- Sonata No. 1 in F for cornett, strings and basso continuo
