Pier Luigi Cimma

Pier Luigi Cimma (born in Turin on August 19 1941, d. July 31, 2006)- Italian composer, lutenist, guitarist, teacher, longtime chairman of the guitar department at the Conservatorio G.Verdi in Turin, and the founder of the Bardonecchia Guitar Festival. His works had been published by Edizioni Berben.
He was a student of Andres Segovia. His own students included Gabriella Perugini, Roman Turovsky, Massimo Moscardo, Salvatore Gullace and Fabio Rizza.
