Located in Darien,CT, The Piedmont Club is an important building used as a social and a cultural spot for Italian-Americans to get together. Here, vendors come yearly to sell their items also.

  • The Piedmont Group in Darien, Connecticut was started on July 15, 1916.


  • A building was made for the Piedmont Group, which was a club house off

Noroton Avenue in Darien, Connecticut in 1923. It is still used as the Piedmont Club's Location.

  • It is next to Darien Pediatrics and near exit ten off I-95.

  • It is now used for vendors every once in a while for selling their products.


  • They are popular there and usually make a large profit.


  • Popular items there are handbags, monnagrammed shoes, and also hand painted plates.


But there are of course other such items.

  • The vendors only come once a year.

  • So when vendors aren't there, it is used as a

social and cultural building.

  • It is an Italian-American Cultural center.
