The Pickering, North Yorkshire, page needs more work yet. I am continuing to research "climate" and "nearby places" and have yet to add images but put the text on to encourage others!! ---- Harkey Lodger 15:30, 12 January 2007 (UTC)

I've just noticed the "City" tag. Pickering is by no means a city. May I remove this?--Harkey Lodger (talk) 21:39, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

I assume you mean the project WikiProject Cities as the article mentions it is a town. The WikiProject Cities covers all sorts of settlement not just cities if you read the initial statement on the project page or the template above so I think it should stay.
