This is a low res pic used for critical fair use, like the 1937 Guernica article.

It is used in the eponymous article, Nude in a Black Armchair, which is a critical commentary, which is acceptable use, per Wikipedia:Non-free_content#Images: "Paintings and other works of visual art: For critical commentary, including images illustrative of a particular technique or school."
